The details we collect
When you contact us through the website form or by phone, we keep whatever details you provide. Typically that is a name, contact number, email address, suburb and a note about your kitchen. Calls can be logged, and sometimes recorded, for routing and follow-up purposes.
At a design visit, photographs and measurements of your kitchen may be taken, and you may choose to share plans, appliance lists or strata documents.
This website does not ask for payment information, bank details or identification, so please do not include them in an enquiry.
Why we collect them
To get back to you, arrange a design visit, prepare a quote and follow up on your enquiry. That is all.
Who receives them
We operate as a referral website. The details you give us are forwarded to the licensed builder we work in partnership with so they can contact you, visit and provide a quote. After that point, anything you share directly with the builder falls under their privacy practices.
Where asbestos is involved, relevant details may be passed to a separately licensed asbestos removalist, and to government regulators if required by law.
Service providers
We use external companies for website hosting, telephone handling and managing customer enquiries. They handle information for us, under our instructions.
We do not sell personal information to anyone.
How long records are kept
We hold enquiry details while they are needed for follow-up and to satisfy any legal record-keeping obligations. After that they are deleted or de-identified, except where a longer period is required, such as for records connected with hazardous materials.
Cookies
The site may place cookies to measure visits and improve how it works. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
Access and complaints
To see, correct or remove the information we hold about you, phone 02 4307 6053. If you remain dissatisfied with how a privacy issue is handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
