We refer to NSW licensing, the engineered stone ban, strata processes and council requirements to explain how renovations typically work. These rules can change and apply differently to different properties, so check with the relevant authority before relying on them.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry asks to be contacted about a design visit and quote. It does not form a contract, secure a start date or commit you to proceeding.
A contract for kitchen renovation work is made only between you and the licensed builder who quotes it. We are not a party to that agreement.
About our price ranges
The cost ranges shown on this site, including on the cost guide, are indicative 2026 figures for budgeting. They do not constitute an offer. Only a written quote provided after a design visit is binding.
Accuracy
We try to keep content correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it. Confirm licensing with NSW Fair Trading, planning matters with Central Coast Council and strata issues with your owners corporation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss resulting from use of this website or reliance on its general information. These terms do not exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
